Product Overview
Product Description
S Series BB1 Pump – High Flow, Low NPSH, Easy Maintenance
Horizontally split casing allows removal of top half without disturbing piping – full rotor access. Double‑suction impeller hydraulically balances axial thrust, extending bearing life. Wide flow range (80‑15,000 m³/h) with low NPSH requirement. Heavy‑duty shaft with replaceable wear rings. Available with packing or mechanical seals. API 610 BB1 compliant for critical service.
KEY FEATURES
- Ultra‑High Flow Capacity: Delivers up to 15,000 m³/h – one of the largest flow rates available in a single‑stage horizontal pump.
- API BB1 Compliant: Meets API 610 BB1 standard (axially split, single‑stage, between‑bearing) for critical industrial and petrochemical service.
- Double‑Suction Impeller: Hydraulically balanced design eliminates axial thrust, extending bearing and mechanical seal life significantly.
- Horizontally Split Casing: Top half casing removes easily for inspection of impeller, wear rings, and internal passages without disturbing piping or motor.
- Low NPSH Requirement: Optimized suction housing and double‑inlet design minimize NPSH requirements, allowing installation with limited available head.
